I didn't feel like going to the gym, getting on the tradmill, running five K. Three kilometres behind me, and I wanted to quit. But I told myself keep going five more minutes. After five, I could do five more. And then five more again, untill suddenly I had run eight KM, longer than I've run since having my baby.
Six weeks ago, I could barely do 4 kilometres without stopping. So. This is kinda maj.
